Genevieve, Omotola For FAB Awards

The battle line has been drawn once again for top Nollywood actresses,Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Jalade- Ekeinde as they battle to win this year’s edition of Nigeria’s international lifestyle awards, FAB Awards in the Most Stylish Actress category.

Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Jalade- Ekeinde will be joined by Rita Dominic, Nse Ikpe Etim and Beverly Naya in the battle to decide who is Nigeria’s Most Stylish Actress.

The star- studded nominees list was unveiled at the nominee’s party which held on Friday, October 7, 2012 at De Marquee Penthouse, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Tinsel star, Gideon Okeke must beat Ramsey Noah, Mike Ezuruonye, Joseph Benjamin and Chris Attoh to emerge the Most Stylish Actor while DJ Caise has DJ Humility, DJ Neptune, DJ Jimmy Jatt and Dj Exclusive to contend with for DJ of  the year.

Some other categories up for grabs at this year’s awards include Model Of The Year (Male & Female), Online Publication Of The Year, TV Show Of The Year, Radio Station Of The Year, On-Air Personality Of The Year amongst others.

Bi-Courtnery Boss Wale Babalakin Arrested For Laundering N2billion

The Chief Executive Officer of Bi-Courtney Ltd, Wale Babalakin, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He was alleged to have helped in facilitating the siphoning about N2 billion belonging to Delta State on behalf of former Governor James Ibori. This is coming a few days after a concessionary agreement between Bi- Courtney and federal government on the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway was terminated by government. EFCC sources in Abuja confirmed that the charges were filed against Babalakin today at a Lagos High Court in Ikeja (Daily Times)
